We are looking to fill the following vacancy at our Dresden office at the earliest possible
opportunity:
Internal Sales Assistant (m /w)
Responsibilities
- Drawing up offers for client projects on the basis of defined quantitative frameworks
- Offer costing
- Contact with suppliers and manufacturers
- Negotiation of conditions and terms of delivery
- Participation in tender processes (sourcing and compilation of required documents)
- Entry and maintenance of client data in the materials management and CRM systems
- Monitoring of maintenance contracts with both clients and suppliers using the existing after-sales management module (ASM)
- Continuous acquisition and consolidation of technical knowledge
Qualifications
- Successfully completed qualification in a technical or commercial field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the IT service sector (preferable)
- Good knowledge of key manufacturers on the market (CISCO, Enterasys, HP, etc.)
- Systematic, analytical, structured, reliable way of working and thinking
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, self-confidence
- Competence and friendliness when dealing with clients and business partners
- High level of self-motivation, resourcefulness and organization
- Resistance to stress, self-assertiveness, specialist expertise and social competence
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Good English language skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and a materials management system
