We are looking to fill the following vacancy at our Dresden office at the earliest
possible opportunity:

HR Manager (m/w)

Responsibilities

• Autonomous establishment of a standardized HR structure for the corporate group and adaptation of existing measures to dynamic change within the group
• Development of recruiting strategies and establishment of a structured employee acquisition network
• Personnel recruitment, incl. job advertisements and applicant processing
• Provision of integrated operational and administrative HR support to managers and other employees
• Organization of training programmes
• Supervision of trainees (incl. contact with schools and other seats of education)
• Participation in HR projects with relevance to the company as a whole
• Management of employee appraisals and other HR processes, administration of personnel files and correspondence with employees

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in business or the social sciences (specialization: personnel management) or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of operational HR management, ideally in the IT sector and in an international context
• Proof of suitability to provide training (e.g. AdA certificate), experience in employee training (preferable)
• Up-to-date knowledge of German employment law
• Experience in the field of conceptual project work
• Systematic, analytical, structured, reliable way of working
• Self-confidence, self-assertiveness, independence, ability to cope with pressure
• Ability to work in a team, convincing communication skills
• Sound knowledge of standard MS Office programs
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Good to very good English language skills (written and spoken)
