Teenagers, part-time work, and teamwork - A story of true flexibility and balance in IT Service Management
Working with full flexibility is a huge plus for me. I really enjoy my job at ENTIRETEC. But when my daughter was born, I decided not to return to full-time work after parental leave. I wanted to consciously make time for my family, and switching to a part-time role was seamless. Now that my daughter is a teenager, she still gets the support and attention she needs.
Being able to work remotely and adjust my hours was especially helpful during the challenging COVID period with homeschooling. Thanks to strong team spirit and the understanding of my colleagues, flexible working hours continue to provide the right framework for me at ENTIRETEC. Within the Service Management team, we coordinate independently who comes into the office and who works remotely. It works perfectly, even when something unexpected comes up.
