IT has always been my father’s passion. Never really mine. But ENTIRETEC has always been part of my life.
As the daughter of our founder and CEO, I grew up alongside the company and have now been working here myself for more than 10 years. Sometimes it still feels a little crazy to have been part of ENTIRETEC for such a long time at my age.
While studying Economics, I started as a working student and got to know many different areas of the business, supporting Marketing, Sales, Backoffice, Finance and HR. Basically almost everything except IT. Some things just shouldn’t be forced.
After graduating, I officially joined ENTIRETEC full-time and eventually found my place in HR. Over the years, I’ve become a trusted contact person for many colleagues, and that’s what I enjoy most: working with people.
Looking back, it’s funny how naturally everything developed. My father stays the technical visionary of the business, while I’ve found my passion in building human connections.
