Marcel Winkler

My name is Marcel, and from 2022 to 2025, I completed my training as an IT specialist in system integration at ENTIRETEC. Before that, I worked as a first aid instructor for the German Red Cross (DRK), preparing young driving students for emergencies on the road and training workplace first responders for accidents on the job.

Privately, I’ve always been passionate about computer hardware and setting up operating systems, so I decided to turn my hobby into a career and applied for a training position at ENTIRETEC. As a father to a two-year-old daughter at that time, balancing family life and education wasn’t always easy. But ENTIRETEC supported me wherever possible – whether through flexible working hours, the option to work from home, or financial assistance, ENTIRETEC was always there for me.

What I appreciated most during my training was the opportunity to gain experience across various IT areas and to shape my development based on my interests. After completing my training, I was immediately hired as an Associate IT Administrator. Since then, I’ve been fully integrated into the team and have been able to contribute both professionally and personally. My daily tasks include technical support for employees, administration of our M365 environment, hardware repair and renewal, client management, and much more.
