Are the job offers up-to-date and are there any application deadlines?

The job offers on our website are up-to-date. As soon as a position has been filled, we remove the ad from our website.

How can I find out more about the starting date of the vacancy?

Unless otherwise stated in the job description, we are usually offering vacancies that are be filled as soon as possible.

When is an application useful?

When applying, you should generally make sure that the majority of the requirements specified in the job advertisement are covered by your previous CV. If prerequisites are prefixed with “ideally” or “desirable”, they are not a mandatory requirement.

What should I watch out for when I apply?

You should upload your CV, the last certificate of your university or vocational training as well as relevant professional references (such as job references and certificates). If you want, you can also include a current photo.

Is it possible to apply for several positions simultaneously?

You can apply as often as you like. The applications are summarized in your profile in our applicant management system.

Can I send an unsolicited application to ENTIRETEC?

If you have not found a suitable position among the current vacancies, you can of course also send an unsolicited application. Please indicate your preferred area and the earliest possible starting date.

I have applied before. Can I apply again?

You are very welcome to apply to us again. Every time, we check whether your experience, skills and competencies match the job profile.

Should I include a cover letter with my application?

No, in most cases we no longer need a cover letter. If so, this is explicitly mentioned in the job advertisements.

How do I apply to ENTIRETEC?

We only accept online applications. You can apply using our link to the online application form, which you can find under the respective job advertisement. Alternatively, you can apply directly by email or with your LinkedIn / Xing profile. If you have any questions, Mr. Sebastian Kirk is available as a contact person.

How much time do I need to apply online?

You need a maximum of 5 minutes to complete the application form. If you do not have your CV at hand, you can also only upload your LinkedIn/ Xing profile.

What should I watch out for when uploading my documents?

Please save your documents as a PDF if possible. Depending on the type of document, other file formats are also conceivable. It is best to bundle your documents in a digital application folder or multi-page PDF. The total size of all your files should not exceed 15 MB.

Will I be informed of the successful receipt of the application documents?

Every time an application is successfully sent, you receive a confirmation email at the address given within 24 hours. If you do not receive this, the sending of your application was unsuccessful or the e-mail address provided was incorrect. In this case, please contact us using the contact form.

How long do I have to wait for an answer to my application?

We will get back to you within a week. On average, a telephone interview takes place 3 days after the application is received.

Where can I see the current status of my application?

If you have applied via online application form, you can view the current status of your application at any time under Status Query. Please find the respective link in your confirmation of receipt. If you have applied via e-mail or social media, your contact person is always available to answer any questions.

How long does the application process take in total?

On average, it takes 4-5 weeks from the receipt of your application to signing the contract. Depending on the availability of the parties (you and company representatives), it may also take a little less or more time.

Who is my contact person during the application process?

How long before I start training or studying should I apply?

Training and studies usually start in autumn of each calendar year. You should apply early, about a year in advance. Either you apply directly for an advertised position or you send us your documents on your own initiative.

Which school-leaving qualificationis required for an apprenticeship?

Depending on the training, different requirements have to be met. However, you should have at least a secondary school certificate. The respective requirements can be found in our job advertisements or on the website of the vocational school.

What apprenticeships do you offer?

We basically train IT specialists in the areas of application development, digital networking and system integration.

Which vocational school does ENTIRETEC cooperate with as part of the training?

We have been working successfully with the BSZET in Dresden for many years. Accordingly, the training will only take place in Dresden.

Can I also do dual vocational training with a high school diploma at ENTIRETEC?

The Saxon dual vocational training with high school diploma (DuBAS) offers a great perspective for starting a career, which we are happy to support.

Which school-leaving certificate is required for a dual study program?

You should have a higher education entrance qualification. If you have the advanced technical college certificate or a subject-related higher education entrance qualification that is not related to the subject of the dual degree program, please enclose proof of the passed study ability test with your application.

Does ENTIRETEC also offer internships for retrainees?

We would be happy to support you with an internship as part of your retraining as a IT specialist for digital networking or system integration. Ideally, you can start right away with us.

What types of interviews exist?

The first step is usually a telephone interview with our recruiter. If the profile is still interesting after the telephone interview, there will be a personal appointment. Depending on where you live, this will take place in Dresden or Jena. Alternatively, a video conference is possible.

How long are the talks?

A telephone interview usually takes 20-30 minutes. An interview (in person or by video) lasts about 1 hour.

Is it possible to become acquainted with the future team?

After the interview, you have the opportunity to get to know your new colleagues. You also get an insight into the day-to-day work of the department. This team meeting usually lasts 1 to 2 hours.
