Without the service operations department, nothing runs in IT. You and your team ensure 24×7 trouble-free operations of our customers’ system landscape, our own internal systems and data center. The permanent availability of applications and services is your nonplus ultra.
In close contact with customers and in cooperation with various interfaces at our company, you take care of incidents and problem cases from 1st to 3rd level support in the areas of Network, Security and IP Management (DDI) with a high degree of personal responsibility, depending on your main task. There is also the possibility to accompany our project team during system integrations.
